Psh. I don't even know how much I'm getting until after classes. 😡
Still haven't received an email or signed anything. I have gotten no further than submitting my fafsa. :uhno:
 
Our loans disperse on the first day of classes. I used to be able to find my student loans on my online account through the school but I can't find them... I also have no idea how I get the loan money that is coming to me.. I don't know if they give you a check or if they direct deposit the money into a bank account... I really want to know but I can't find any information about my loans like I used to be able to.. :scared:
 
I think they usually disperse checks (at least for Davis) unless you sign up for direct deposit. You need to have an account number to give them.

Yes... that is how my UG did it, but I am in a different country I am sure they do something similar but I am not sure how to get that information... I have been looking but can't seem to find the information.

When all else fails, hound them with phone calls! That's how I got my HP loan.

But yeah. Make sure you get your money!!! Is the office over there open before school starts?

I don't know, but it is after 5PM here so I doubt anyone is around right now. Also, I would have to use my cell phone to call which costs over $1/minute right now since I am using it internationally....

I will probably call next week sometime once I have gotten a phone over here.. Way too expensive to be calling them right now...

Once you submit your SAR to your FA office at your school you should receive a Award Letter from them. From there you can decide how much you want to take out - up to the amount on the award letter. You then go on the government loan website and fill out the direct plus loan application as well as the MPNs for both loans. Once that is done you let the school you have been approved and send them your signed Award Letter with what you will be taking out. They take it from there to make sure you will receive your funds! 🙂

At UCD, they disperse loan checks at the student desk on assigned days and then you have to go deposit them into your own account - this is after they take out all of your tuition fees. The FA office can usually tell you about the date they expect to receive and disperse them.
 
For Dublin, the issue may have been that you need to submit a paper fafsa (scan and email it or fax it). It doesn't go directly to them if you fill it out online.

You betcha and whatever you do you don't want to bring them inside because they carry many many different diseases. Oh and be sure to only feed 3 times a day, wouldn't wanna overdo it.

I got my immunization record done 😀. Gonna fax it Monday. Got my parking pass in the mail yesterday too. Just have to finish up packing and get everything back in line with the creatures (still have 2 bunnies and 2 squirrels that need released before I move in 12 days 😱) All should go free next weekend though if everything goes according to plan and the weather cooperates :xf:.
 
Uh oh. There's a little burn victim kitten at the hospital. He purrs every time you get near him. He loves people and is healing up nicely. The vet techs said don't be surprised if my bag feels a little heavier when I leave for good from the hospital next week.

So this would mean Willow will stay home with the rest of the female clan while I take up this little boy. Decisions decisions.

Bc that would mean 600 for a pet deposit, not just 300. And she usually hates kittens and then becomes miserable lol.

I also worry it will be too many changes at once for her. She's the most neurotic out of all our cats.

Did you read my post on the fb page? I'm the blonde one who answered to the last post about computers. Apparently, they are confused on why people are ordering them so early to be picked up weeks later 🙄 sorry I'm not from NorCal, dudes!

But techhub told me they don't have much STORAGE ROOM, but as they have only one other person's to store, its ok for now. But she was really confused as to why everyone's ordering them at once.
 
Sooo I ordered a Cardiology III stethoscope in caribbean blue from Amazon, and they sent me the master cardiology in navy. I know the Master is better/more expensive, and Amazon said I won't have to pay the difference for their mistake, but would anyone recommend the III over the master? Is it advantageous to have the pediatric piece for cats and small dogs? I'm just trying to figure out if I should return it or not.

We have a cat who may possibly be abandoned at our hospital right now--no contact with the owners in over a week despite multiple attempts in many ways. So tempting. She's such a sweetheart and a little personality, but already have a cat and a rabbit and am living at my parents (who have their own cat also). 🙁

hey guys, so whats the deal with the stethoscopes. I don't much about the different kinds so why is everyone getting the cardio III? The vet I work for said to not spend too much money on one and the cheaper ones will do just fine. Obviously trying to cut expenses as much as possible but if it is worth the more money I would buy the better one.

That's what the other classes at my school recommended, as well as the school itself. Also, the vets I work with use them. Plus, people say the Cardio III is good if you plan on doing small animal or wildlife/exotics because it has the pediatric head.

Thanks for asking about this. My brother got me a cheap one for Christmas. It works on my animals. I mean he's only in high school and doesn't have a job, but when I got in he got what he could afford. It was a super sweet gift. I'm hoping to be able to use it.
