I used a little chocolate soymilk.
Do you live in a log cabin?
Because that would be badass.
Yes, I live in a log cabin on the side of a mountain, at 7,000 feet.

Do you wrestle grizzlies and mountain lions for entertainment?
Sweet! I would hate moving away from a home like that.
Yay! Another two days or so of winter is coming to SoFla! I'm tired of the mid-80's. It will dip down to 49 degrees tonight. 🙂

Its 83 degrees today, and if I wasn't so tired/hungover i would definitely go out and enjoy the glorious weather.
Glad I'm not missing anything. I watched about 5 minutes of the very first episode, and the dialogue gave me a major case of the eye rolls so I changed it 🙂After not having watched the Walking Dead since season 1, and having just resumed watching at the urging of some obsessed friends, I watched the most recent two episodes in their entirety (2 hours I won't get back). I must say that it has become a soap opera with an occasional zombie. I don't appreciate soap operas.

I realized today that I might get to meet some of you actually for reals in person possibly!

The show is more about the people and their drama rather than zombies. While they have taken some liberties with the show, the general theme is the same from the comic. The nastiest stuff thats happened to the people in the comic where done by other people, not zombies, its amazing.
Wait where when why how.

Will you be attending BCM's second look? If so, you'll meet me there. 🙂
Good afternoon folks, the madness of waiting for an acceptance is creeping in.

So on an unrelated note, I'm actually in physics right now, and every 5 minutes or so the professor says "You should be paying attention because this in on the MCAT." And then draws some complex gaussian surface on the board and does the integral of something to find the charge. I try not to laugh, but I'm 99% sure that none of this was on the MCAT.

you would be 100% correct![]()
I don't even know what that means and I did OK lol.
Another unrelated topic:
I forgot my student ID card today and so had to tell them my ID number to get into a building and started reciting my AMCAS ID number without thinking about it. Oops
I mean I'm sure all this physics stuff is useful and interesting for some people, but you don't have to introduce every topic with "and this will be on the MCAT..."
lol
SS and I would vehemently argue against this statement 😉. That kind of introduction makes me think you go to a school horribly infested with pre-meds. Even though my school is awful in that sense, I've never had that kind of introduction to any topic.
I hate pre-meds.
Me too. Who goes to med school anyway?
Nerrrrrrrd.
Also, what happened to your MDApps? It seems like everyone is going the anonymous route 🙁

Douchebags.

Damn the PS section. I made so many stupid mistakes on it.
And Nymphicus, I fortunately (unfortunately?) do not resemble a llama very strongly.
I'm in the physics sequence for "life sciences", not the physics for engineers and chemists, so that might have something to do with it. Very, very few people get into medical or dental school right from undergrad from my school. It's kind of sad. I tried to do something but the AMSA and bio honors society officials are more interested in being presidents and vice-presidents and inviting Ross every year. I already complained about them earlier. Like this facebook status: "If you're trying to find me, I'm in the lab trying to cure pancreatic cancer. Try to one up that..."
and this email they sent out:
"We will be having a meeting this up-coming [date, time place]. This is an important meeting for those interested in attending Med school in the future. An Admissions Representative from Ross University will be at our meeting to talk to us about their programs...I highly advise for you to dress-up in business attire and bring a printed version of your transcript as well as a resume." Pizza and drinks will be provided.
They put my membership on probation just a few weeks ago because I didn't have enough "attendance points"...lollolol
*sees PS score on Mdapps*

🙂
Sounds pretty normal because that is how they are run at my school too...🙁

lol i think that's how it is at all the schools. Didn't even bother to join the club at my school because of it. And also because I was already in too many clubs
There is truth to this statement, physics can go die in a fire.
That's too bad 🙁. They do a pretty good job here, but I think that's because there are so many annoying over-achievers that some kind of riot would break out if the acceptance rate dipped below 70%. *disappointed Asian father meme*
