+1 I do miss my time in the band, and to reminisce, some orchestral musical goodness. The following were pieces I played while in the high school band. I was first chair clarinet :cool:

It also took me back to playing trombone in the school band. I was also first chair. :cool: I no longer practice this instrument however, as it's just not cool to whip out a trombone to serenade your friends, apparently. For that, I have my guitars. :)

also, the guitar is surprisingly alluring. one of my best friends plays and i swear he gets more attractive when he does haha

It's easy to make "trombone" sound dirty. My mom used to make comments while I practiced. :rolleyes:

I think being a guitarist made me less attractive in high school, at least to the guitarist boys. I was much better than most of them who had only recently started playing (I started when I was 12), and I think it was intimidating to see a skinny little girl ripping "Crazy Train" on a acoustic (LOL) when you're still struggling with some basic chords.

The enormous spider came back because I didn't have the balls to squish it and I let it get away again so I decided I will name him Aragog and we will live in peace, at least until he surfaces while my boyfriend is here bump.
