Still waiting to be verified...hopefully should be sometime this week. Then I can start getting secondaries! Whee! 🙂 BTW welcome. 😀

Apps done as well and I received one Secondary the morning after I submitted my primary lol (GW).
I have to retake my MCAT after doing absolutely atrocious on my first go about so I'm mostly studying for that and working at the hospital right now.

I think in their hearts or minds, the jury members knew she was guilty. But the law clearly says beyond reasonable doubt, and I think the defense attorney made sure he came up with some "reasonable" doubts, aka lies.

I think juries are gullible too. I sat on one not too long ago and it was amazing what they believed.

Just goes to show how screwed up our justice system really is. My mother the lawyer always wanted me to follow in her footsteps...there are many reasons I chose medicine, and this is definitely one of them.
