First off, thank you WUbear, from one WUSTLer to another. Your post reminded me that i needed to email in my coat size. lol
Secondly, is anyone else annoyed by these kids who have just submitted their AMCAS's, and are already putting 'class of 2017' as their sig. I mean, getting into medical school was the single most challenging and humbling experience of my life, and I feel like we all earned the right to put class of 2016 in our signatures.

I never claimed Class of 2016 until my first acceptance. Hell I don't think I even posted in this thread until then. I still cringe when I post in the Allo forum.

Are any of the Class of 2017 claiming to be an MS-0 yet? :laugh:

It makes me more angry when people who have been accepted to medical school but haven't started classes yet change their title to medical student and then flood allo with stupid questions any person who had been in medical school for two weeks would know. 😉

Age is relative! That's why my mom claims she's 21 with 23 years of experience. xD

Yeah, it's sort of weird to be in the big-boy forum now. I can't believe I'm starting college in August. Is it a similar feeling for you guys and medical school?

I couldn't wait to start undergrad, I was so pumped to move away from home and be away from my parents. I can't even explain how pumped I was. (I guess I didn't realize being an adult sucks half the time, Haha)

I was excited but slightly terrified to start medical school. I would say I didn't chill out until half way through first year.

haha +1 on excitement on starting college. i think it was partially because i hated high school. that was the worst.

i started rewatching dawson's creek now that it's on netflix instant streaming and it totally takes me back. the great music, the horrible awkward memories of being a teenager...oh god.

also, dawson seems more and more whiny now.

High school was absolutely terrible for me, I hated every second of it. Everything was so stressful and awkward....
