I did get a false positive on the second step of the TB test and had to get stupid chest x-rays.

That sucks! I really hope that doesn't happen...my current school health insurance won't cover for tests related to work or school admissions, so I would have to pay the Xray cost out of pocket.

You should go to my doctor. The LPN did the test and she screwed it up. She pretty much gave me a vaccination because she just went super deep.

I went back to get it read and the person had a hard time even finding where I got the test done.

Yeah I don't have insurance right now either. Extra $100 down the toilet. I have to just keep reminding myself that it's just a drop in the bucket compared to my total student loan debt in 4 years.

McDonalds is the best post workout food.

3 McDoubles 2 McChickens....hnnnghhhh. Them gains.

Seriously, a lot of elite level cyclists eat tons of McDonalds in longer tours.

I need to still get a run in today. Maybe 3 miles? Or should I go longer? I can't decide. I want to get up to running 5 at an 8 minute pace by the time school starts in August.

This, if I'm low on calories and I want an easy 1k+, I hit up mcdonalds dollar menu.

tastes good man.

Yep. Sometimes After a brutal day on the bike I will go grab a big mac and a beer. At least it gives me some carbs/fat for the next days ride!

Ended up running 3.3 miles. I started at a 8.5 mile pace and after two miles I was holding steady. Then my fiancée joined me and I had to slow it down to a 12 minute mile pace for her. That resulted in an overall 10 minute mile average.

However, I am getting closer to my goal!
