I'm the exact same way with the several small meals a day. If I were you, I would cook several servings of meat, pasta/rice, and veggies at once, and just store it in the fridge to eat as you wish (ex: chicken, spaghetti, and mixed veggies). Chicken is really easy to cook. You can either bake it in the oven or fry it on the stove. Pasta and rice is self explanatory. And you can boil or stir fry veggies. You could use these for lunch and dinner. For breakfast/brunch you can always make eggs! I'm a HUGE fan of making an egg and cheese sandwich for meals. Very simple. For snacks, see if you can keep a supply of fruits to supplement the yogurt. I find that blueberries or chopped up strawberries really put the finishing touches on a bowl of yogurt.
To sum up, stick with basic foods when cooking and when you do cook, cook enough to put away for a few days which is easily reheatable.
I hope this was semi helpful?
