Typically - you have to account for any gaps in your academic history. If you are asking if you can avoid having that W appear on your application - dont.
It is a small thing to have a W - a W says nothing about what happened. You could have had an emergency/health/family issue. A few Ws will not hurt you (I had 2 + one WF).
What will hurt you is if you lie - or in this case - withhold a transcript. It is not in your best interest, when disclosing it means nothing but lying could get you blacklisted (dishonesty doesn't make a good trait in a pharmacist).
As a note - I am not saying that you are trying to lie - but not sending transcripts from a school you do less than awesome in is a typical tactic use by people trying to mask their GPAs.
Definitely send it to Pharmcas - Then slam dunk Org II in the Fall.
