Clicked "yes" on last PCAT regarding scoring, does it mean no scoring?

I'm now afraid I might have made a mistake clicking "yes" button on the last question of my PCAT. Does this mean yes to scoring or no scoring? Can anyone verify this? I got the preliminary score print out at the end of the test. Thanks!

If you got a preliminary score then you selected to get it scored and submitted to your selected colleges.
