Clinical Psych. Phd programs that look at last 60credits gpa

I was wondering if anyone knows of any clinical psych. programs that look at your last 60 credits GPA (or something similar).

I found a few already, do these have good programs?

1) Binghamton Uni. NYS
2) Brigham young Uni.
3) University of South Florida
4) university of Washington
