There are shirts like this

that can be made, lol. I was actually wondering though would you be barred from getting a score if you had this on and referred to it during the exam? My friend and I were wondering about this haha.

Yes because it's still in possession of formulas. Same as if it was written on a napkin, on your hand. etc.

LOL

You win for coming up with the fastest way to get thrown out of the testing center ever.

Congrats! 👍

Hey OP i worked at prometric for 3 years and I can say that if the shirt did not say "Physics formula sheet" you would be good. Most of the people that work there have no idea what is on the shirt. But you never know, I have caught people trying stupid things like writing formulas under their watch. That is why watches are not allowed.

cute. I'm sure a jealous gunner type would rat on you though.

how about on the inside of the shirt. you act like your coughing, but cough into the space between the neck collar and your skin, where you can see the physics formula's written upside down? The text would also be glow in the dark

You guys DO realize that most of these testing centers video tape you, right?

They will be able to see you looking at your shirt every couple minutes. Perhaps even read your shirt.

Then this would be written on your permanent report for all med schools to see.

I pray none of you are seriously considering this.

They were on, but were they recording?

Also, isnt it against my freedom of human rights, if they ask me to take of my clothes so that they can look at the inside of my shirt? Surely I could take them to court for an unlawful strip search!

With that kind of mindset, I feel you'd do better in law school than med school.

As with boarding air planes, you give up a lot of rights when you go to standardized places such as this. I can't speak for prometric explicitly, but it wouldn't be impossible for them to gain right for about anything outside of strip searching you if they could declare it necessary.

Always read the fine print. You never know.

You probably agree to possible searches of that type when you register for the MCAT.

Thinking and brainstorming about hypothetical scenarios of how one can bypass this surveillance fear that you have brought forth requires a completely different mindset then the actual practice of law.

I could have equally made the argument that by thinking of alternative situations will be beneficial towards the practice of medicine by allowing for the treatment and prognosis of rare diseases, which our medical system ignores because of them not being common.

Agree with you guys/gals

I thought those surveillance cameras were just for show and never turned on

No all we do is watch them. Actually once you are being checked in you can see the screen on our desk with all the stations being monitored.
