Cold emailing clinics with resume?

Has anybody done this/had success with this? There's a cardiology clinic I'd like to reach out to but I'm open to any back of house clinical work I can get (family med, neurology, optometry, etc). I don't have certification (am in California) but I've heard of some training those without it...? Never heard back from ScribeAmerica and I really want clinical work + some cash. What is the best way to go about this? I keep hearing of others getting great experience in these types of clinics and not necessarily with certification.

I’ve made connections from cold emailing, so I say go for it. You should also look on Indeed.
