PCHC is on the southern Front Range of Colorado and seeks a full-time Family Medicine Physician passionate about service and providing care for all members of our community with an emphasis on the underserved population. The clinic hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:30am to 9:00pm and Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, however we are able to offer a flexible schedule and can negotiate just about any schedule for the new provider within these parameters. The average daily patient census per provider is 16-18 patients. This position also offers a chance for the new provider to practice full scope family medicine with OB. OB is optional, and privileges include minor surgical procedures and the option to be first-assist to the primary surgeon during C-sections. The health center employs a progressive approach to medicine including the practice of Centering Pregnancy, an evidence-based care model for pregnant women which integrates health assessment, education, and support in a group setting. OB call is five 12-hour shifts per month. This facility can support a J-1 Visa waiver.

The health system has 12 sites which, together, provide medical, dental and behavioral health giving patients full access for their primary care needs. There are 12 doctors and 22 advanced practice providers, some part-time and some full-time, currently practicing. The main clinic is located in a beautiful, three-story building which operates with all of the latest technology. There are two hospitals within five miles of the clinic. Both hospitals are full service with 250+ beds and offer OB, neurosurgery, cardiothoracic surgery and more. The community was recognized by Livability.com as one of the Top 10 Cities for Historic Preservation, and is a short drive to a plethora of outdoor activities including work class skiing, hiking, and kayaking, and boating. The Health Professional Shortage Area Score (HPSA) for this site is 13 per HRSA.
