15 X 11 = 165 different ways to select a short-blouse combo

Its pretty straightforward, but maybe this will help. Just think that for every pair of shorts she has 11 different blouses she could combine with it. Since there are 15 shorts each with 11 different blouses to combine with, you just multiply 15 by 11.
