Hi everyone. I'm currently in school finishing my medical school prereqs and if accepted to medical school, I plan on enrolling in a combined MD/MPH program and specializing in community and preventive medicine. I would love to practice in a clinical setting and educate patients on the importance of preventive medicine. I do want to ask how difficult is it to enter a preventive medicine residency and also, how long do they generally last? Also, just out of curiosity, how much do MD's who specialize in this type of medicine make compared to other specialties? Are any doctors who are currently practicing in this specialty content about their choice, or do you have any regrets? Any feedback on this is appreciated. TIA
