Could any current MS3's or MS4's give me a rundown of the COMLEX that the took recently? I'm on the second day of my school sponsored board review, and so far all I know is Neuro will have about 40 q's and Anatomy will have about 40 q's (out of the 800). I have also heard that it is Pharm and the OMM sections that give alot of people a hard time. I went to the NBOME website but their test description has it broken up like this:in %
Level 1 Level 2 Level 3
Asymptomatic 13-16 9-12 9-12
Bleeding 3-5 3-5 3-5
Cognitive Difficulties 4-6 4-6 4-6
Consciousness Alterations 2-4 2-4 2-4
Digestive Difficulties 5-7 5-7 5-7
Discharge 2-4 2-4 2-4
Fatigue & Weakness 3-5 3-5 3-5
Fever & Hypothermia 1-3 3-5 3-5
Genitourinary Disorders/Issues 6-8 6-8 6-8
Masses & Edema 4-6 4-6 4-6
Musculoskeletal Difficulties 8-10 3-5 3-5
Pain 13-16 13-16 13-16
Pregnancy/Childbirth/Postpartum/Neonatal Assessment 3-5 9-12 8-12
Respiratory Difficulties 6-8 6-8 6-8
Sensory & CNS Difficulties 3-5 3-5 3-5
Skin, Nail & Hair Disorders 1-3 2-4 2-4
Sleep Disturbances 0-2 0-2 0-2
Substance Abuse 1-3 1-3 1-3
Trauma 2-4 2-4 2-4

Not exactly broken up into discipline, and I do realize that they integrate alot of the questions. With 2 weeks to go, I would just appreciate any direction where to spend the majority of my time (board review books, etc).

Thanks,

Eric
