So unfortunately, I ended up scoring 10+ lower on STEP 2 than my practice exam scores predicted, but my COMLEX II score turned out to be all right (not amazing or anything, but above average). Sorry if this has been asked before, but would I be better off reporting both, or just COMLEX? I feel like having STEP displayed will at least show programs that I took and passed both STEP 1 and 2, but I also worry that programs that know how interpret both COMLEX and STEP will ignore my higher COMLEX score as a fluke and focus on my low STEP 2. I'm applying IM if that makes a difference.

Unless it's just barely passing step 2, report it. And even if it's just barely passing it's probably still better than comlex only

This question has been asked in the past. The search button is your friend. But basically yes, having low step helps you more than having no step.
