I think you should be fine. You registered for the course but you never completed the course for a grade. Not to mention you withdrew the same start day, which there wouldn't be a W on your transcript.

Probably but I still believe that it wouldn't matter because they only care to see all of the classes you've completed. I think you should be fine honestly.

E-mail AMCAS and get their answer in writing, then refer to said e-mail if any problems should occur.

Page 12 of the 2019 AMCAS Guide:
"In this section, list every postsecondary institution where you were enrolled for at least one course, even if the credits were transferred, no credit was earned, or you withdrew."

Page 32 of the 2019 AMCAS Guide (under the "Withdraw" section):
"A course entry should not be made if the course was dropped within the normal drop/add period and does not appear on your transcript."

Seems like the course that was dropped was dropped during the normal add/drop period. Call AMCAS to verify that you don't have to put it on there.

Yes I am aware that it was during the add/drop period. However, I'm concerned during verification AMCAS will ask me to additionally provide my blank transcript from this community college and it'll delay my application.

The amcas guide says that you only need to do it if you were enrolled in at least one course. And the enrollment section of the guide clearly states that if it is dropped during the drop period then it does not count as a course entry.
