On several full lengths I have taken there is a titration passage that provides a titration curve and several questions ask the concentration of reactants at a particular point on the curve. How do you determine the different concentrations on the titration curve at given points?

There is one main point that you have to worry about in titration curves--the inflection point. This is the point where the acid/base has been neutralized so that the [H+] = [OH-]. Based on the pH and the amount of initial solution and the amount added, we can find the initial concentration of the solution.
