Hi everyone,

So I'm a little lost about my post-bacc's composite letter and whether it's necessary for applying. I know some medical schools prefer (require?) a committee letter over individual letters if your school offers it, but my post-bacc's letter is just a 2-page letter that references evaluations from 4 of my professors. One of their rules, however, is that none of the 4 professors who send in evaluations can write me a separate letter of recommendation. Since I've taken multiple classes from the same professor, I only have four professors to get recommendations from and I'd rather get individual letters since the composite letter would only count as 1. My question is, would it hurt me to not submit a composite letter even tho my post-bacc offers it? I'd rather get two individual, personalized letters than one composite letter that "references" the evaluations. Plus, if I get the composite letter, I'm a little out of luck for finding a second science LOR since I can't get letters from those professors anymore.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!
