Looks like it. They're also offering 5 (out of only 50 students!) full tuition scholarships to students who spent a significant part of their childhood in Camden :

They'll have earned it. That place is rough, which means students here, assuming they do rotations at a hospital in Camden, will see some really cool stuff.
