Tufts removed my "invited for interview" and replaced it with a blank this morning

So something weird happened to one of my school statuses. It went to the bottom but its blank, anyone else have this? Does anyone know what this means?!?

Same happened with my U Minn, Case and Buffalo statuses. Weird.

Sorry, I can't tell you what it means, but my Case status has done the same thing. I am guessing that it is going to be changed soon, so hopefully to an acceptance, and not something else!

Lets see...I have a micro lab quiz, micro lab practical, micro lab report, micro paper, and molecular group presentation to do this week...but I still cannot seem to focus on any of it with the excitement of Dec 1st SO CLOSE! Good luck everyone!

I didn't ever actually go to the interviews, but as far as I know there is no way to change the status to declined pre-interview, it just shows up that way. If there is let me know though.

Well it seems like most people who have said anything about blank statuses have good stats/multiple interviews, so that's why I would guess its a good thing...that's freakin me out because I already got waitlisted at Nova, and my UF and Maryland statuses still say "Invited for Interview"...omg I will be so sad if I don't get any acceptances with 3 pre-Dec interviews.

I wasn't talking about Nova in particular, cause I already heard from them, I was just pointing out that the blank status probably means something good. I know not getting accepted Dec. 1st isn't the end of the world, it will just be really disappointing not getting in any of the 3 schools I've interviewed at. Prepare for the worst, hope/pray for the best

There's no validation that the blanks mean something good. All we know is that there's a update waiting for us Dec 1st. It could be rejected, accepted or alternate.

Victoria, mine changed on the 25th this past week to "under review" from the prior "invited for interview"......but it means absolutely nothing. your stats beat mine so relax.....and i hope we both get a phone call tmrw

So far we people have had blank statuses for:

Buffalo
Case
Maryland
Minnesota
Tufts

I applied to a few of these schools and only Tufts has become blank for me thus far. If I were to venture a guess I would say that some schools have sent in updates and the blank status is preliminary to the acceptance status. Hmmm... guess we'll know more around midnight.

Mine still says invited for interview. I really don't think these updates mean much...but we'll know soon enough.

the status has been "invited for interview" since October and still is right now

Even if it does mean something for those schools, the majority of schools may have not updated AADSAS yet. Also, the schools that have had some changes may not be done updating AADSAS either. Or... as many have suggested, the blank updates don't mean anything.

I only had 2 interviews, one of which was UW who told us that we shouldn't expect much on dec 1st.... so. I'm trying not to get my hopes up. =\ it would be nice, but they did tell us most of their acceptances would prob be in jan. =(

What's the deal. Last year schools like Pitt, Indiana, UCONN, and Nova sent out acceptances on November 28th and 29th. Why is everyone playing by the rules this year?

Both mine and my friends status for UAB changed to "wait listed" today. Any thoughts? Do you think I'm really wait listed or did they possibly change everybody to that today?
