Congratulations everyone! I was in an interview all day, only to find out at the end that I was accepted at Saint Louis University!!! If anyone else's reaction was like mine, we probably all looked crazy. I started jumping up and down in the airport when I read the email

This is one of the best days of my life, and it will take months for me to realize that we are really going to be doctors one day. I dropped most of my remaining interviews today and withdrew from most of the schools I have not heard from. Best of luck to everyone still going through the process. I vow that if a student wants to shadow me one day I will always try to accommodate them, I will never forget what we had to go through to get here.

None of this has sunk in for me yet. I've spent the last two months obsessing over hearing from schools and constantly checking my email and now it's all over. I'm going to be a doctor and I'm going to the school I want to go to.

Also not a rockstar applicant myself, but after sleeping off the sadness I felt after being waitlisted at my top choice, I also wanted to congratulate all of those who are rock stars and are getting this first round of acceptances.

October 15th was quite eventful...rejected post-secondary from my top choice....but I was accepted to my second choice!!
