Counting GPA

I went to community college for 2 years and then university, finished my bachelors in bio. I took my math and physics in community and all the other junk classes. Took all my other sciences at university. So now when counting my GPA, do i count my community classes and university combined? since my math and physics are science taken at community, i don't know where i stand with my gpa.

anyone know how they count? just the university? or both combined?
