What's up All,

I've been lurking on the forum and doing a lot of searches. I already have managed to have most of my questions answered w/o having to even ask them. That trend might be ending here.

Okay, I have a Bachelor's degree from Univ. of Nebraska in general studies, emphasis in psychology. My GPA is strong, but, what would you expect without a lot of science courses? So here is what I already have done in terms of science pre-reqs: 1 yr A&P, college algebra, Gen Chem1, Microbiology, and statistics. The plot thickens as I am already a diagnostic medical sonographer (aka, ultrasound tech), and, I need to keep working for the next year full time until my wife graduates from pharmacy school and becomes my sugar momma. This fall, I will only be able to take trig and g-chem 2. Next spring, I'll take calculus. Summer 06, I'll quit my job, and, we'll move back to CA where we're originally from.

So here is where I finally need some input. I know that Adcoms consider how many classes you have taken during any given semester and factor that into how your grades came out. I understand that if I didn't have a degree already, that it would be foolish to not take a 16 hours or so each semester. However, If I take G-physics 1, G-biol 1, and, O-chem 1, in the fall of 06, and their second sections in the Spring of "07, would that look okay, or, kinda pansy? If you say pansy, can you suggest what other courses that I take while keeping in mind that they won't allow me to take biochem, for instance, at the same time as o-chem?

Thanks for the input everyone. (although, I do cringe waiting to see what ISU steve might say 😎

Cringe if you like, but is that the putrid stench of a familiar troll that I smell?

Absolutely not Bro,

I've only been on this forum for about a week now. Also, I just saw one of your other posts, it seems that we have something in common; we are both echocardiographers. So, keep it real with me and know that I am very sincere have only good intentions.

Ciao
