COVID-19 Epidemiology research

Does anyone have any good research articles/ sources for COVID-19 growth projections over the next 12 months, from casual research I've only seen that it's gonna "explode" in the US population? I'm in LA right now at California Hospital Medical center doing cores and I believe today Governor Newsom declared a state wide emergency and asked people to ban gatherings of 250+ people. Lets just say that went over as well as expected in a state that hoards tp for the Corona apocalypse.
