Theyre pretty much asking you to given an example of something youve done that required you to think about what youre doing. A job you may have been involved in or a research project you get it

What have you done in the last year to think ahead?
What have you done to plan and create strategies in the past year?
What have you done to problem solve in the past year?

Basically they're asking what have you done to become more elite!
