I'm look back at all the mistakes I made. Put mostly 2 differentials, with 3 diagnostic tests, didn't know 2 diagnosis but used closed enough potentials for differentials. Did though physical exam but mostly 1 system max 2, did consult the pt if I saw something relevant to consult on. I did summarize and explained the next step to the patients and asked and answered their questions. I only draped the pt when I started the physical exam by fixing their gowns and only exposing the necessary parts when the pt self exposed too much. When they had a abdominal exam I just the sheet they had to drape them appropriately. I asked the patient a few side questions ( asked about the weather, about their job and stuff) to connect better. I'm just worried that I mostly had 2 differentials and didn't know the primary diagnosis in 2-3 cases but I think I had close differentials for them. I forgot to do a mini mental for a pt It would have been necessary based on the case. I did add mini mental exam for the diagnostic when I got to the note, but I know I won't get credit for it. In a neuro exam exam I basically combined it with ask , with strength and inspection, palpation and DTR for one case. Based on this how are my odds looking.

I feel like you've just exactly described my experience as well, lol. I have no idea how do I stand but the last 2 months were definitely hard.
Let's wait till Monday and see. I say Monday because folks on this forum said that on Monday morning they were able to see their updated "Examination History" on FSMB website.

Being non-specific so as to not violate rules, but I took it recently and there were at least 2-3 cases I wasn't reasonably sure what the top diagnosis should be, and there was 1 I had no idea (vague symptoms, no findings). Forgot a couple of relevant PE components for a couple of cases. Got cut off on 1 case before closure, forgot important counseling on at least 1. I can remember a couple of relevant tests I forgot to put, a couple of differentials that weren't super well supported. I'm really anxious now.

^ I feel like I can relate to this as well too, lol.
Not getting into details - some of the patients were super straightforward, but the others were vague AF. Some were nice to me (I even joked and laughed with one of them), some were rude and didn't want to talk to me.
I'll write down my mistakes after getting results, I just don't wanna get depressed now. But all in all - I feel it can go both ways in my case. That's why this exam sucks and I see no point in it at all.
