Quick question- I was going through first aid for step 2 cs, and sometimes they put a few labs together on one line, while other times there's one lab per line. Anyone have any idea if you can/should group any labs together on one line, if so when?

You sort of have to think logically if the blood tests relate with one another. These are the kinds of groupings I used:

CBC with differential
Electrolytes, calcium, phosphate, magnesium, AST, ALT, Alk Phos
PT, PTT, INR
TSH, Free T4, T3, thyroglobulin

I don't really recall using any other blood tests, actually.

Agree with above posters:

If I needed to order a lot of things:
1-Chest xray
2-CBC w/differential, Electrolytes
3-PT, PTT, INR
4-TSH
5-RPR, HIV Antibody, HIV Viral Load

I just kind of grouped what I needed to when I needed to.
I don't know if that is right or wrong, I just took the test a few weeks ago.
