Hey,
Just wondering - in regards to some of the neuro exams on the CS exam when you do a cranial nerve exam is everyone doing the full visual testing (i.e. snellen, full visual fields, etc) or does it take too much time? Also for the MSE and the MMSE do we need to actually do those or can we write them in the workup?
