Hi guys, sorry but haveing trouble finding this out, but for step II CS, that start times for the exams are they local times or all listed as eastern? I believe its a local time, but can anyone confirm that?

It's local time-- whatever is printed on your confirmation page is the local time that you'll be taking it there. If it were Eastern time, I'd be starting my Step 2 CS tomorrow at 5:00 A.M. Pacific. I mean, I'm okay with being a morning person, but that'd be a little extreme 😉
