Well that sucked, lol. Felt like I missed something (be it questions to ask or PE maneuvers to do or things to write in the note... or some combination of these) on every encounter. But I definitely always said the patient's name, shook hands, introduced myself, tried to insert empathetic comments more than usual (though not sure I was very believable haha), gloved, draped, asked permission to do exam, etc. I'm glad it's over but I would hate to have to take that again! Here's to hoping I pass
