DAT FREAK OUT I NEED HELP

hey guys,

My DAT is september 4, and i started studying on June 20th... So its basically been one month so far.. i have been studying ari's dat bootcamp schedule and the start was all good i was leaning on this material watching chads videos but now i have transititioned to solving problems and i am completely lost.. its as if i haven't even spent the last few weeks studying.. I'm constantly just looking at the back of destroyer for answers, I'm failing all of the pat and bootcamp gen chem practices I'm literallllllllly freaking out. As i solve problems I'm looking at my wall for equations.. its like, shouldn't that be memorized by now!????! i DONT KNOW IF IM BEING EFFICIENT OR What.. i am freaking out because school starts august 22 and i know my dat prep when that happens is gonna be cut tremendously.. I literally don't remember the stuff from cliffs, how do you guys keep all the info in? what do i need to change? my ocher is so bad, like watching chads i know it, then on destroyer they have things written all weird and stuff and i just can't get it omg I'm literally hyperventilating lmao. I'm so dramatic but please i need advice.. it takes me 4 hours to do 25 destroyer questions, by the time i move on to next topic it takes me 5 hours for one math destroyer test, my days done and i didn't even touch on gen chem or pat or reading like nothings working..

how do you guys keep all the info in? what do i need to change?

Active learning- make flashcards for the questions and drill them until you know them cold. Keep doing this for all the questions that you have trouble with or that you think are tricky. It's time-consuming, but it'll bring you success in the long run.

Like @Incis0r said, make flashcards of the material you're having to reference. Also no shame in going back over chads material again. When I was studying I think I went over gen chem and orgo twice and some select videos from both a third time. Also don't freak out about destroyer. It's doing what it told you it would, destroy you. That's the point it uncovers what you don't know and forces you to learn at a level above what you need. You'll feel the benefit when you get to the test.
