I know that in early May I have to declare a first choice school (which I have only not done yet b/c I'm waiting on financial aid info). Does anyone have the details on how to do this? Is there an organized procedure, or is just via letters sent to each school? Any info is helpful. Thanks.

by May 15 you have to withdraw from every school where you've been accepted except for your "first choice"

You have to drop all your acceptances but 1 by May 15th. You can stay on waitlists though. Dropping them is done by notifying each school you will not be attending and withdrawing your application.
