Hey everyone, I was accepted to one program in March, and had planned on attending. I was accepted off the waitlist to another school two weeks ago and determined that this is where I need to attend. Any other suggestions?

I just sent a similar email. However, I opted to remain vaguer and say, "due to a change in my personal plans I will no longer be attending..." Not sure if it matters but I chose not to inform them I was attending another program.
