My senior sGPA was a 3.49 x 10 credits, comparatively I had been increasing from 3.55 to 3.8 to 3.93 fresh to junior year (for those years only, not cumulative). Also this gpa was mostly hindered by one class Linear Algebra which I got a B in after I bombed the final. The two other classes I got an A-. Cummulative sgpa 3.65

Also fresh-junior years I had taken 20+ BCPM credits. Will this be an important downside on my app?

I can't see it being an issue. But expect to be asked about it in interviews. Just tell the truth in answer.
