Congress is about to override Trumps veto of the defense bill...I saw part of the bill was to raise the ceiling on many maximum pay amounts. Somewhere, I read that the when things like this occur it’s just a matter of time for the pay increases to “float to the top.” (Referring to the maximum amount). It this accurate?
