Hi, everyone,
So I’m freaking out because I just took step 2 cs and on one of my patient notes I accidentally deleted the entire HPI/history section just before time ran out. So my differential diagnoses with supporting evidence and work up plan were all there, but there was no HPI or history in the final note at all.
Can I still pass with this kind of mistake?
Will any of that note count now, if the evidence I used can’t be backed up with the HPI/history?
Anyone with a similar experience and (hopefully) a happy ending??
Thanks in advance!
