You could remove your high reach schools, Emory, Brown, USC Keck, U Minnesota. You should receive several interviews from the other schools on your list.

Gotcha, that makes sense. Think I should keep case as my one high reach, or is my MCAT too low? Just checked MSAR and they interview/accept a decent number of OOS applicants.
Yes, Case interviews 15% of OOS applicants. It would be higher than 20% of those who completed secondaries.

Emory, Brown and Keck only interview ~ 5% of OOS applicants whereas BU is over 10% and Pittsburgh almost 9%.
Disagree. Don't remove Emory or Keck, you have a good shot here with those stats.
