Given your engineering background, probably think about Schools that have close Engineering ties/base as well ( Ofcourse, Carle with UIUC, then UCSD, UCI, UCSF ( Berkeley ), U-Michigan, Emory (Gatech), Baylor ( Rice). You'll have a successful cycle and I wish you Good luck.
