Just found out that Texas San Antonio dental school gives dental biochemistry exemption exam in a week after school starts every year. If you get 80/100 in the exam you just get "credit" for the class!
Are there any other schools that do that?

Do really want to be exempt from biochemistry. It is a pretty helpful class and goes a long way.

Well I'm sure its a fairly hard test, and you would only pass out if you already knew the material well.

It is a choice between an exemption, which will free up a minimum amount of time or an easy A.

You are right. I heard it from a friend of mine, who is in the med school at SanA. He mentioned that even his class (Medical Biochem) had taken the exemption test, but only 1 student actually passed. Same goes for dental biochem imo.

not gonna lie, this sounds pretty awesome.

i've heard of people being exempt at certain dental school after taking it in affiliated masters programs, but nothing like this.

i would def. take advantage of this opportunity
