DENTPIN? I took the NBDH in 2006

I took the dental hygiene exam in 2006. DENTPIN did not exist then. Do I need to register for a new one or were they assigned retroactively?

So I write to dentpin and they told me they would need a form filled out to retrieve my dentpin number. FYI for anyone who previously to the dental hygiene exam.
