I was recently accepted to a DO school, and the deadline to put down a deposit to hold my seat is coming up. However, I have another interview a week after the deadline and I really want to see if I can get an acceptance to that school. If I put down the deposit for the first school, does this mean that I am bound to go to that school no matter what? Or can I choose to give up that seat to go to another school (whilst forfeiting the deposit to the first school)??

THANKS!!

No, you can always withdraw after you've sent in your deposit. They keep the money, though.

Why don't you ask for an extention??
