Does putting down a deposit mean that you HAVE to go to that school? I'd like to put one down but I'd also still like to wait to hear about my fate at other schools/potential interviews. How does this all work really? I dont have much info on it. Thanks a ton

if you put down a deposit, you're holding your place in the class. you by no means are forced to go there, but if you decide on another school, let them know as soon as possible, so they can free up that spot for someone else. but you lose the deposit, so that kinda sucks
