Just wondering if anybody's gotten a deposit request to hold a place in the class yet. If not, when should we expect it? Gotta get some money in the bank to prepare!

Depends on the school. Some schools don't require them. If they do, they will ask for it when they send your acceptance letter. Should be sent in within 2 weeks, along with your formal acceptance of the spot. The absolute latest date to receive the deposit usually is shortly after May 15--if you have a problem coming up with the dough, I would imagine they might make alternative arrangements if you told them about it.
