Did I screw up with Interfolio :( ?!?

So on interfolio, after you click "Request confidential letter" (or something along those lines), for the Document Type, I chose "Confidential Letter of Recommendation" cuz that was the first one that showed up in the dropbox. But I noticed, a few rows down there's also "AADSAS Letter of Evaluation Form" as an option, WHICH I JUST NOTICED. I'm a little freaked out to be honest.

Should I ask my professors to reupload my letters? Or does "Confidential LEtter of Recommendation" work as my Document Type?
