I've looked parts of it and it seemed it's helpful yet at the same time too detailed.

I didn't do them. They were too ridiculously detailed, in my opinion. The practice tests, section tests, and topical tests are golden, though.

If you done all that, it couldn't hurt to do the high yield guide 😉

I browsed em before the test and they were not what we would hope for. The content was too specific and the style of question (ie multi-step quantitative physics question) was not suited to the MCAT.
