Did not add prereq to future coursework

Basically what the title says. Super late but hopefully just neurotic. My school offers organic chemistry lab as a separate course from the lecture and I did not add it to future coursework on AMCAS but am taking it this semester. Will this be a red flag? Knowing that prereqs only had to be complete by matriculation I had not worried about this before but now that I've heard nothing back from schools I'm becoming concerned... =/

I am assuming that the transcript sent from my university had my fall 2015 enrolled courses on there, but would there be any point/way of updating schools on the fact that I am taking the lab?
