Just wondering - has anyone has found particular methods/modalities of studying that work well for certain subjects but not others? I'm trying my best to learn things in the context of how they apply clinically but in doing so I've found that (for me) there isn't one method that works well for everything. My biggest issue, I think, is I despise rote memorization (flashcards, memory tables on spreadsheets, etc.) and so I have to get pretty creative sometimes. I'm well aware that med school is trial and error and unique to each person - that's why I'm hoping for some fresh ideas for my "trials". Any sharing is gladly appreciated!
