Looking at diffuse MRI of the brain and I saw some bright white streaks in the temporal lobe of the images and I can't figure out what they mean. I can't find any explanation about it... They just say there's hypersensitivity vs hyposensitivity... but not saying which is dark and which is white... I'd appreciate any input.

Nope.
Seizure is a cortical phenomenon. In post ictal you may see increased FLAIR signal and even some decreased diffusivity in the temporal bone, more in hipocampi and also cortex.

This linear pattern is typical for artifact. U see it all the time. It corresponds to the superior ridge of petrous portion of temporal bone interface with inferior temporal lobe.
